Chaque année, trois programmes composent le Festival Cinéfanco: le Programme Général ou Grand Public, le Programme Jeunesse et Spécial Québec. Avec des milliers de participants chaque année, Cinéfranco est devenue une institution francophone majeure du paysage audiovisuel de Toronto.

Cinéfranco produces three main annual film festivals: the Main Program, the Youth Program and Spécial Québec. Their goal is to bring the best of francophone cinema to the Toronto area.
