Prairie Sky

Prairie Sky is a 14x14" painting I worked on with my drop-in lesson group. I have a designated night during the week where students are able to come in and work on a painting. I usually provide a technique or subject or idea for the evening. I will often give students several choices of what they can work on while I teach fundamental painting, composition and colour skills. This particular painting was about learning how to paint clouds and skies.
