SMEA is a non-profit cultural association that was incorporated in 1957. It acts as the voice for music educators, music directors and performers in Saskatchewan. SMEA is committed to supporting music education in the province and is recognized as the “Professional Development Network” for music education by the Saskatchewan Teachers Federation.
Mission
Developing capacity for all educators who have responsibility for music education in Saskatchewan schools and communities.
