Kingston, ON - On September 24th, the Canadian Network for Arts & Learning (CNAL) will welcome members and guests for the launch of its first Networking Hub at Queen’s University in Kingston, with a professional development and networking event hosted by the UNESCO Chair in Arts & Learning.
The 'Changing Education Through the Arts' (CETA) program provides arts-integrated professional learning opportunities to elementary and middle school teachers in selected school districts across the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.

Music education for children in England is to receive an £18m boost in funding, the Department for Education says.
The extra money will be allocated to music education, including to the national network of 123 music education hubs established in 2012.

The $10,000 prize, made possible through a generous endowment from The Samuel and Saidye Bronfman Family Foundation, is awarded annually to established and mid-career arts managers for professional development or mentorship.
