ArtSea Community Arts Council supports all the ways you may experience arts and culture in our community every day. You may create through paintings, writing, film, dance or music. Or you may express yourself in groups, through singing or acting. You may collect art for your home or visit art galleries and theatres. Or you may observe art wherever you find it – the Sidney sculpture walk, the Salish Sea Lantern Festival by ArtSea and the welcome totems in Central Saanich. Our mandate is to help you participate in all forms of art.
