Simply put, I paint with tile, at least that was the first thought in my approach. It's every medium I have worked with,..filtered into one.I try to choose subject matter that will challenge the material..it's a never ending battle.Having been at this art form for nearly two decades...I still feel as I have much to learn.To me, the artistic properties in recycled ceramic, porcelain, slate and marble are endless...I have only scratched the surface.
