I’m a self-taught abstract expressionist artist working from my home studio in St. Albert, Alberta, Canada. For me, creating is a way to connect with myself, with others - with life. And it's so much fun! Over the last decade, I’ve been a professional practitioner of Heilkunst Homeopathy, a system of holistic medicine. Heilkunst is a German word meaning “the ART of making whole” and, in a sense, my visual art practice is an extension of my holistic healthcare practice. Much like a remedy, a resonant painting can provide us with a sense of comfort, connection and pleasure. Through my creative work, I enjoy exploring the relationship between art and wellbeing - and the marked power of an original piece in bringing a space to life!
