I love the challenge of photography. Photography allows me to capture what I see with both my inner and outer eye. Although I don’t limit my subjects, they tend to fall into three categories. The architectural photographs allow me to explore the play of light on different planes. I also look for color composition and contrast, which is obvious in “Waterfall” (QAC Summer Show and the thumbnail, below). Street photography brings all these elements together with dynamic (or subtle) activity, which is best demonstrated in my travel photographs (Fruit Vendor, below).
