Performer and Choreographer, Sonia creates poetic and intimate works inspired by her practise in classical Indian dance and interdisciplinary collaborations. Her practice of Odissi dance is the result of more than 2 decades of engagement with the form (training by master teachers in India, performing Odissi repertoire, creating new work and teaching and transmitting). She offers school workshops in collaboration with Culture in the Schools and ELAN.
