The Heritage Award young artists program provides financial assistance to emerging young artists in the Saint-Albert community.
The grant offers financial assistance to aspiring young artists by providing funds for:
- Education and/or professional development opportunities
- travel assistance for presenting events and/or conferences
The Heritage Young Artists Award program is intended to fund training, education or career advancement through individual or collective opportunities within the calendar year.
Applications are open from March 2, 2026 to April 2, 2026
Grant program highlights:
- Applications will be accepted in April of each year.
- Preference will be given to new candidates.
- The subsidies will be awarded by the Council in May of each year.
- Individual applicants can apply for up to $500 and group applicants can qualify for a maximum of $1,000 in grant funding.
- The number and amount of grants awarded will be determined by the committee on an annual basis.
