Ontario Trillium Foundation Supports an Online Resource to Make Learning the Arts More Accessible for all Ontarians
When it comes to explaining why the arts are key to a well-rounded and fulfilling education and should not be silo-ed, there are a range of arguments to be mustered, and at the moment the Federation is mustering them all.
The International Network for Research in Arts Education (INRAE) has launched an Indiegogo campaign to help fund its 4th Yearbook featuring important studies from around the world. INRAE is committed to a vision of education in which the arts play a central and critically important role.

As another year begins, artists and educators are gearing up for a winter term of facilitating a wide variety of artistic learning and experiential opportunities. Whether it be in schools, arts organizations or community centers, Canadians of all ages and abilities will be exploring the world, and themselves, through arts and learning.

This information is from Toronto Arts Stats 2015, a compilation of results from an online survey plus discussions with three neighbourhood-based focus groups conducted by the Toronto Arts Foundation.
