Elayne Windsor is an award-winning collage artist based in the Kawartha Lakes and is an elected member of the Ontario Society of Artists (OSA), the Colour and Form Society (CFS) and also serves as Chair of the Meeting and Events Committee of the Kawartha Arts Network (KAN).
What would an Arts Impact Community look like? What would it need to gain buy-in and be shaped by its users, to be an equitable learning resource and system of support, to have a culture of open-ness, to be innovative, exploratory, and scalable?
This conference is a catalyst for Building an Arts Impact Community.
