SATURDAY JULY 17th + SATURDAY JULY 24th 

Tickets are sold online from 10 am – 12:30 pm or until they have sold out. You will not be able to add tickets to your cart until 10 am. If there are any tickets left after 12:30 pm they will be available in person only. Tickets often sell out very quickly. All drop-in-class tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Customers may purchase up to two (2) tickets per transaction, while supplies last.

Please check in on our outdoor plaza upon arrival for the class. Bring a piece of ID as you will be asked to produce one while checking in. If you have selected the Student or Gardiner Friends rate, you will be asked to produce the appropriate ID upon arrival for the class. Unless your membership is at the Friends & Family level or higher, each participant will require their own student or membership ID.

ABOUT THIS CLASS

This class will take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, the class will be cancelled and participants notified.

Our outdoor classes will focus on hand building. There is no wheel throwing or glazing at this time.

The cost for firing is a minimum of $5 per piece depending on its size. Please notify staff if you would like your work fired. Firing is optional.

PICKING UP YOUR PIECE

Pick up will begin in Step 3 of the province’s reopening plan. At that point, clay pieces can ONLY be picked up during the following times:

Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am – 5 pm

*NO EXCEPTIONS*

Firing takes two weeks to complete, and pieces will be held for an additional 3 weeks. Please check-in at the front desk and note that there may be a short wait depending on staff availability. We do not provide bags or boxes.

Please follow Public Health guidelines regarding self-isolation if:

You are showing symptoms of COVID-19 or are waiting to hear the results of a lab test for COVID-19

You are diagnosed with COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has a confirmed case of COVID-19.

You have returned from travels outside Canada within the last 14 days

This program will be held outdoors and will be cancelled in the event of rain or inclement weather

You will be asked to complete a COVID assessment upon arrival

Total capacity is limited to 10 participants

Physical distancing measures will be in effect

All staff and volunteers will be wearing masks

Participants can remove their masks when seated at their tables

Disposable masks will be available on-site for those who do not bring their own

Handwashing stations will be provided

Please use only the materials at your table

Materials will be sanitized after each session

You are currently NOT experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, trouble swallowing, runny nose, loss of taste or smell, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, not feeling well

You have NOT been in close contact with someone who is showing symptoms or has confirmed COVID-19 in the past 14 days

You have NOT returned from travel outside Canada in the past 14 days
