We are glad to invite you to the first IDEA Webinar happening on the 30th of May 2020.

IDEA is working hard to transform some aspects of the IDEA 2020 Congress in Beijing into a program with a digital focus. We are responding to the COVID-19 Pandemic and we feel the need to meet as a community of drama/theatre educators.

The first webinar will be about: "Reviving the Soul of the Seoul Agenda on Arts Education: towards a UNESCO Agenda 2.0 – reflecting on 10 years of the Seoul Agenda"

This event will be IDEA’s contribution to the International Arts Education Week, which runs from May 25-31, 2020.  It builds on the successful WAAE World Alliance for Arts Education Summit held in Frankfurt in October 2019, which produced the Frankfurt Declaration on Arts Education.

The speakers in this webinar will be Mercy Mirembe-Ntangaare, Kateřina Šteidlová, Liliana Galvan, Peter Duffy, Sisir Dutta, Joachim Reiss and Robin Pascoe. We are happy to announce that Sanja Krsmanovic Tasic will be our host. We also expect an UNESCO representative to be present.

If you want to join the webinar, please send an email to ad.ideadrama [at] gmail.com and we will send you more information and the link.

Please inform the members of your association and interested colleagues, that this webinar is open for all IDEA members. We are looking forward for your presence and contributions. Let us know if there are any questions or comments that we should know of. For those who can’t join us, the webinar will be available for download later.
