Arts Umbrella's Junior Summer Dance Intensive kicks off next month! With limited space available, it's not too late to join in on the fun!
Dancers will learn Ballet, Character and Variations with our excellent core faculty members, Sabra Perry and Katrina Cruickshank. An exciting roster of world-renowned guest artists will also be joining each week to share their extensive experience and unique approach to dance with the summer intensive participants.
Here is a preview of our upcoming summer programs for dancers ages 8-12:
Week 1 (July 5-9): *Limited space for all age groups*
Guest Artists include Andrea Hodge (AUDC Apprentice Company Rehearsal Director/Ballet BC) and Kirsten Wicklund (@balletbc)
Week 2 (July 12-16): *Limited space for all age groups*
Guest Artists include Zenon Zubyk (Ballet BC/ @dancemagazine’s 2020 '25 to Watch' List) and Madeleine Gilbert (performer Medhi Walerski's Romeo + Juliet/apprentice @inversoproductions).
Week 3 (July 19-23): *Limited space for ages 8-9. 10-12 is FULL*
Guest Artists include Emily Chessa (@ndtdance 1/Ballet BC) and Maiko Miyauchi (@ourocollective/ @company605 collaborator).
