CNAL/RCAA’s first Networking Hub event will take place on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 from 5.30 – 8:30pm at Queen’s University, Faculty of Education in Kingston, Ontario.
Registration will open shortly, and is free to all CNAL/RCAA members.
The Networking Hub events will gather together CNAL/RCAA members, as well as many others from the community at large, including educators, teacher candidates, artists, arts/arts education organizations, and will provide a much-needed service for the sector. The Hubs will deliver unique, arts-based professional development content and provide an exceptional opportunity to network with peers.
Networking Hub attendees may also choose to benefit from participating in CNAL/RCAA’s new research study, generously supported by the Ontario Trillium Foundation. This study will focus on the development of a handbook, based on best practices, to evaluate arts-in-learning in multiple settings. Participants will help inform this work, and will also receive a complimentary, copy of the finished handbook.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided!
