Anna Rail

Anna Rail was born in an Acadian family in a small fishing village (Pigeon Hill,) on the shores of the Gulf of St. Lawrence in the northeastern part of New Brunswick (Canada). Although always "creative", Anna only started painting after her retirement in 2003.
Being very curious by nature as well as very determined, she fell on a Watercolor Batik a few years ago and immediately discovered that it was her niche. Batik is an artisanal technique which marries water-based paint or dye and wax.
