Edmonton Folk Arts Council

Founded in 1967 to celebrate Canada's 100th birthday and to promote multiculturalism, the EFAC actively promotes ethnic dance in Edmonton. EFAC's member groups represent cultures spanning the globe: from the Philippines to Peru, from India to Portugal, from Greece to China, and from throughout Europe.
EFAC's annual performances on Family Day and Canada Day are must-see events for over 40 years! Join us at our next celebration for a free, family folkdance concert showcasing the cultures of the world. EFAC is also available for other performance opportunities throughout the year.
