Karin Adams is an enthusiastic creative writing coach and the author of four humorous novels for middle grade readers including Lights! Curtains! Cows!, No TV? No Fair!, My Best Friend is a Viral Dancing Zombie, and Mermaid Warrior Squad. Her 2014 novel Frostbite Hotel was shortlisted for the 2016 Diamond Willow Award (SYRCA) and the Hackmatack Children's Choice Book Award.
