I am a dancer, teacher, choreographer, director and producer.
My programs integrate dancing, singing, rhythm, theatre, and visual arts, and have a strong foundation in anatomy, biomechanics, and the nervous system.
I work with K-12 and beyond, both recreationally and professionally.
I've facilitated programs in schools, studios and communities throughout BC, nationally and internationally.
