My name is Betty Pehme and I am passionate about creating images. Some can be considered art while others are simply part of the journey. I live on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia just far enough away over the water from the big city of Vancouver Canada. I have painted and worked in collage and mixed media art for many years. My current work also includes printmaking, digital explorations and other experimental processes. I find it all very stimulating and enjoy encouraging and inspiring others. The blog venue is used to showcase my artwork, thoughts and ideas and to enter into dialogue with others who share a common interest. To quote Picasso –“I begin with an idea and then it becomes something else.”
