Born in Regina, Saskatchewan, Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Fine Arts from the University of Saskatchewan. She has also studied Art History at the University of Regina.

After working briefly in watercolour, Nancy became intrigued with the medium of printmaking, studying with Jack Anderson, Frank Janzen and Jenn Robins.

Printmaking is a wonderful mystery - you can't predict the final result until the paper is pulled from the plate! Then there's the challenge of trying to duplicate it! The variety of techniques is endless, offering a new experience every day.
