Joyce now paints with watercolour, acrylics, French dyes on silk and works with Stained Glass. Her style is impressionistic. It is the configuration of form and shapes, colour and movement that compel her to paint. She is inspired by places that feed her dreams. Colour is very important to her for its emotional value. She tries to maximize the intensity of colour in her old barns, weathered buildings, landscapes, and florals.
