Drayton Entertainment is an award-winning not-for-profit charitable arts organization operating 7 live theatre venues in 5 unique Ontario communities: Drayton Festival Theatre (Drayton), St. Jacobs Country Playhouse & Hildebrand Schoolhouse Theatre St. Jacobs, King's Wharf Theatre (Penetanguishene), Huron Country Playhouse (Grand Bend), and Hamilton Family Theatre Cambridge. We also operate a burgeoning Youth Academy in Waterloo.

  • Private Lessons

    Youth Academy: Students of all levels of experience are welcome to enroll in Private Vocal Tutorials. Students will collaborate with their Instructor to set goals and choose materials that suit their vocal style. Instructors will guide students through a variety of vocal techniques to build students vocal strength and improve confidence as a solo performer.

  • Performances

    Youth Academy: youth ensemble in our annual panto (Grand Bend, Penetanguishene, and St. Jacobs). Annual High School Musical Production (Waterloo Region).

  • Group Classes

    Youth Academy: a range of classes are offered each spring, fall, and winter to various age groups. Children, Youth & Teens: Acting/Improv, Musical Theatre, Technical Theatre, Future Leaders, Summer Training Intensives. Adults & Seniors: Show Tunes Wellness, Show Tunes Sweat.

  • Camps

    Youth Academy: March Break Camps and Summer Camps across all 5 of our communities: St. Jacobs & Cambridge (Waterloo Region), Drayton, Grand Bend, and Penetanguishene.

  • Workshops

    Youth Academy: A variety of workshops are offered throughout the year, for both students and educators.

  • Outreach Programs

    All Theatres: Youth Usher Program for ages 13 to 16. Adult Usher Program.
