Theatre SKAM and our school, SKAM School of Performing Arts, has been active in the Victoria theatre community since 1995. Since then we have reached out globally including England and Wales. We strive to bring innovative theatre into the community that is, above all, never boring!

We have built a solid reputation as creators of innovative site-specific work and intimate theatre. We play a pivotal role in the cultural life of our region by pursuing local projects, building community partnerships, and creating art that is for everyone. This includes our much-loved SKAMpede Festival that highlights beautiful sites along the Galloping Goose Trail, and our mobile Pop-Up Theatre that serves you art from a portable stage.

Our school offers a variety of professional film and performance classes/camps for homelearners, children, youth, and teens year-round. We now offer online classes available to students across Canada.
