The St. Albert Cultivates the Arts Society (SACTAS) is a community-based volunteer society whose primary purpose is to encourage the community of St. Albert (and the region) to discover, experience and celebrate the creative endeavours of local artists and performers during Alberta Culture Days. SACTAS encourages participation in, advancement of, and an appreciation of the arts in St. Albert.
