Feeling Mental Health

Caravan Theatre and Théâtre DesAssimilés have teamed up to launch Feeling Mental Health — a digital performance exploring mental health and resiliency. Filmed in various locations, we’ve taken what was meant to be a live stage performance pre-Omicron and turned it into a digital piece. Spoken word poetry, original music and theatrical scenes dive deep into the world of despair lifted by hope. Feeling Mental Health launches on March 21st, at 7pm ADT. A talk-back with the director and artists will take place immediately afterwards; feel free to join us. Tickets available at http://feelingmentalhealth.eventbrite.ca/  The performance runs 40 minutes. The viewing link will be live for 48 hours after you first click on it (ie. if your time zone or schedule doesn't line up with ours, you can access the video at your own convenience).  The show is appropriate for high school and above and will be available for bookings. We will also have a version in French available soon. This project is supported by the Cultural Innovation Fund (NS), the Robert Pope Foundation, the Mental Health Foundation of NS and Canadian Parents for French.Caravan Theatre recognizes the support of the Province of Nova Scotia.
