We are delighted to announce the addition of two inspiring artists to the Creative Convergence 2021 lineup. Randell Adjei is an entrepreneur, speaker and spoken word practitioner who was recently appointed Ontario’s first Poet Laureate. He is also the founder of one of Toronto's largest youth-led initiatives, Reaching Intelligent Souls Everywhere (R.I.S.E Edutainment). Randell will perform a new poem on the power that the arts have on health and wellbeing.
We are also delighted to welcome Natalie Sappier as the conference's artistic rapporteur. Samaqani Cocahq (Natalie Sappier) is a Wolastoqey Indigenous multidisciplinary storyteller from Tobique First Nation, New Brunswick. She believes that Wellness and Art stand together and in the importance of protecting Mother Earth. Natalie will create a work of visual art based on the speakers, discussions and performances taking place on October 28th and will present it at the end of the day.

Share the work that you are doing, or speak about your recent projects or programs, through a poster or parallel presentation at Creative Convergence 2021. All parallel sessions will be pre-recorded and a maximum of 15 minutes. Each session will have a unique launch time on October 29th, and presenters will have the opportunity to speak with attendees in the chat. Poster presentations will be launched at the onset of the conference and will be available throughout the entire conference. The presentations and chat will be available on the conference platform for a minimum of one month after the conference. Apply to present today!
