Burlington Arts and Culture Fund

The City of Burlington's Arts and Culture Fund (BACF) provides grants to local artists, multicultural groups and arts and cultural organizations to foster creativity and enrich how Burlington residents experience and engage with arts and culture. The program recognizes and supports diverse identities, perspectives, languages, cultures and artistic practices. The 2019 BACF application is now closed.

Annual Clarkson Music Theatre Performing Arts Scholarship

The Annual Clarkson Music Theatre Performing Arts Scholarship is a $1,000 Bursary awarded each year to a graduating student who is a Mississauga Resident, entering a post-secondary education, with proven and special ability in the Performing Arts and the intent to continue his/her studies in the Performing Arts (dance, music, acting, technical production).

Yukon Government Arts Funding

Yukon Government recognizes Community Arts that foster a broad level of participation and are a valuable source for personal and community development, education, and recreational enjoyment; Professional Arts that create and present artistic experiences for local and national audiences; and, Cultural Industries that have potential to create jobs for Yukoners in creative and supporting industries.

All programs recognize the significance of First Nation traditional arts: carving, sewing, traditional garments, beading, moose hair tufting, quillwork, etc.

Government of PEI - Arts Grants

The mandate of the PEI Arts Grants is to support, assist, encourage and represent the arts community in the province. Funding is available to Prince Edward Island artists through a juried grant application process.

The requirements are different for each  Arts Grant stream. Your application will be reviewed by your peers and funding will be allocated based on the quality of your application. You must complete a separate application for each grant.

London Arts Council - Community Arts Investment Program

Community Arts Investment Program (CAIP)

Administered by the London Arts Council and funded by the City of London, the Community Arts Investment Program has supported a range of artistic disciplines, including film and multimedia arts, literature, music, performing arts (such as dance and theatre), and visual arts. Region of Waterloo Arts Fund

The Region of Waterloo Arts Fund is a not-for-profit corporation established by the Regional Municipality of Waterloo. The Arts Fund was created to operate at arm's length from the Regional Municipality which provides an annual per capita allocation to grant funding for the performing, visual and literary arts. 

The Arts Fund's aim is to make the process of applying for funds as straightforward as possible, and to provide meaningful grants.

Vancouver Foundation - Downtown Eastside Small Arts Grants Program

Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside is a hotbed of creativity, but many emerging artists in this neighbourhood lack the financial means to take their work to the next level.

Vancouver Foundation created the Downtown Eastside Small Arts Grants Program, in partnership with the Carnegie Community Centre, to provide downtown eastside emerging artists with small grants to support and showcase their work.
