Organization and Project Grants
Invests in non-profit arts and festival organizations that are planning activity in the next year. Activity should be relevant to the organization's mandates and goals, or directly related to delivery of arts, festival, and celebratory events.

Grants for Individuals and Collectives
Individual artists and their work are the foundation of our arts community. Working alone or in groups they pursue work that develops their practice, advances creative thought, contributes to an art form and provides our community with a reflection of itself. Arts Grants for Individuals and Collectives has three distinct streams, each with its own evaluation criteria and assessment process.

*Formerly Cultural Diversity in the Arts*Equity and Access in the Arts invests in a thriving and diverse arts community by supporting Edmonton based artists and collectives from communities that face barriers to access. This includes, but is not limited to, groups whose members are treated differently because of systemic barriers that disadvantage people based on their Indigenous heritage, the colour of their skin, their disabilities, sexual orientation and identity, and/or immigration status.

The Arts Building Operating Grant program is not intended for capital expenditures, for endowment purposes, to support normal season or operations, or to fund administration costs. Additionally, the grants are not intended to support organizations that are primarily training or educational institutions.

Edmonton Artists' Trust Fund (EATF)
The Edmonton Artists' Trust Fund (EATF) is a joint partnership of the Edmonton Arts Council and the Edmonton Community Foundation. The fund invests in Edmonton's creative community by supporting Edmonton artists as they create new work, change the direction of their careers, study with a master or renew themselves creatively.

Emergency Support is a one-time grant to an organization to specifically support their urgent and timely response to an emergency.
