One grant is presented to foster and support the artistic excellence of the mid-career artist (7-15 years of art practice) in any artistic discipline.
In 2012, the Havelock family created this grant to celebrate the life and work of the late Windsor arts advocate and WEA supporter Elizabeth Havelock.
The Elizabeth Havelock Grant in the Arts is awarded to support the professional and creative development of the mid-career artist (7-15 years of art practice) in any discipline. This grant may be used to:
4 grants are presented to individual professional artists / arts professionals, ad hoc groups, collectives, organizations and businesses dedicated to developing the arts in the following areas:

4 grants are presented to support the professional and creative development of emerging artists in the following areas:

Emerging Artist Grants are awarded to support the professional and creative development of artists at the start of their careers. These grants may be used to:
FUNDING PROGRAMS
If you have an idea that focuses on arts and culture, this program could help support it. Grants from the Columbia Kootenay Cultural Alliance (CKCA)—funded by Columbia Basin Trust and managed by the West Kootenay Regional Arts Council—are available for all art disciplines, for both individuals and arts and culture organizations.

2024 Application Dates
Deadlines take place annually in May, August and December.
May 24 – For activities that begin in the summer or fall.
August 16 – For activities that begin in the fall.
December 6 – For activities that begin in January or February 2025.

REQUEST FUNDING
There is neither a particular form to fill, nor restricting procedure to follow to ask for financial support from the Simple Plan Foundation. Each organization or person is free to explain its objectives and needs in its own way, either by e-mail (info@simpleplanfoundation.com) or by letter.
The Saskatchewan Drama Association is a Provincial Cultural Organization and Professional Growth Network of the Saskatchewan Teachers' Federation. Our mission is to promote the growth and development of youth drama in Saskatchewan and to promote professional development through communication and drama development programs.
The Mi’kmaq Arts Program supports the development and continuation of Mi’kmaq art forms in the territory of Mi’kma’ki (Nova Scotia). Arts Nova Scotia recognizes the specific needs and practices of the Mi’kmaq arts community and acknowledges a new funding program is required.
Arts Nova Scotia aspires for all Nova Scotians to have opportunities to engage with the art forms that derive from Mi’kmaq language, world views, practices, and protocols.
